Kacey Freeman
To know Kacey Freeman is to love her...truly! She is our marketing rep here at Athens Diagnostic Center. More than likely you are here because of the relationship she has built with your referring doctor. She cares about the quality of care you receive and the money coming out of your pocket. That is why she is so dedicated to making sure that your doctors know that is what we are about. Fortunately for us she is also a team player. You might see her from time to time at the front desk checking in patients. She never fails to greet you with a warm, welcoming smile. She puts the "patience" in patients! She has often spent twenty minutes or more on the phone with a patient explaining the benefits of having one of our screening exams such as our Cardiac Scoring test- which she feels very strongly about. She has even been known to hold a patient's hand when they are too nervous to go through the MRI machine alone. She exempliefies what caring is really all about!!
Now this wouldn't be a true Athens Diagnostic employee tribute without poking a little fun at her as well! I mean after all, nobody's perfect. One of Kacey's signature trademarks is talking so fast she trips over her words. Sometimes she combines phrases and they come out in one jumbled mess. Our favorite "Kaceyism" is definetly "Pleased to bother you!" It doesn't make any sense...but it came out of her mouth and makes us laugh every time we think of it! She is also one of those women that drives the rest of us crazy because she can eat whatever she wants and still wears a size 4. It's not uncommon for Kacey to eat cake for breakfast, fast food for lunch, and cookies in between! Even with that we still love her. Now that says a lot!!!
